Condos for rent in Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk

Sihanoukville has a great rental market, with apartments mainly focused on expats. The landlords provide good rental packages for their tenants. The packages provide all modern facilities including cleaning services. Rentals are in the range of $200-$400 per month, depending on the type and size of the flat.
Condominium developments are quite new in Sihanoukville. The first condo project, Sunshine Bay started selling in 2015. Half a dozen more condo projects are under construction since the first half of 2017. Their expected year of completion is 2020. The popular areas of Sihanoukville are

• Otres Village (District 4) – This area is within walking distance from Otres Beach. Locals, expats, and tourists all stay in this area. It offers a wide choice of peculiar but comfortable accommodation. You can also find a multitude of cafes, restaurants and bars, and teahouses. They serve dishes from around the world.
• Ochheuteal Beach (District 4) – This is the most famous beach in Sihanoukville. It offers an array of beach sites. You can find high-end hotels and restaurants to budget bars. For housing, it provides high-profile residential bungalows.
• Sokha or Serendipity Beach (District 4) – It’s a rocky beach with deep waters and it exists at the north-western end of Occheuteal Beach. It has hotels and guesthouses to suit all budgets.  The night scene is the liveliest and most vibrant here.
• Victory Hill (Sangkat 3) – This is a 200-meter high hill above the Victory Beach close to the harbor. From downtown, it’s only a 5-minutes ride away by Tuk-Tuk or motorcycle. It’s one of the busiest hotel, restaurant and guesthouse areas of the city.

Sihanoukville is blooming into a popular beach City and tourist destination of Cambodia. Yet it is one of the least expensive beach destinations in Asia.

There’s always something happening, and there’s so much you can do here. With hundreds of restaurants and eateries around, you can have fresh seafood at one of many Cambodian barbecue grills. Crabs and squids are the most popular items on the menu. International cuisine is also available too.
